What happens after a seller requests contact?
Choice Direct sends the agency an email with the relevant seller details. The agency is then responsible for contacting the seller directly and continuing the commercial conversation.
Does Choice Direct require seller exclusivity?
No. Choice Direct does not require the seller to sign exclusivity with an agency. Any mandate, exclusivity, sales agreement or agency conditions are discussed directly between the agency and the seller.
How is the Choice Direct fee calculated?
The referral fee is calculated as a percentage of the commission received by the agency, not as a percentage of the full property sale price.
